Description of position:
Job Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of the bill of materials.
2. Conduct product installation instructions.
3. Assist distributors to recommend Toro products to growers and promote sales from a technical perspective.
4. Assist distributors/customers to solve product related problems.
5. Conduct on-site product/equipment application training for distributors and growers.
6. Provide distributors/growers with suggestions on specific product applications and technical information.
7. Conduct product demand research in the responsible area; collect information on potential projects and sales opportunities and provide it to the marketing department.
8. Assist in the development and maintenance of sales channels in the responsible area, and keep in touch with industry professionals.
9. Accept the training and guidance of the company's product technology department on product knowledge and technical service procedures to ensure that they master and implement the latest Toro product technology and service standards and procedures.
10. Assist in the completion of technical support for cross-regional projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Full-time college degree or above.
Graduated with a major in agriculture, engineering or machinery.
At least two years of technical work experience in irrigation enterprises or research institutions.
Have on-site technical support for irrigation projects and project sales experience.
Possess knowledge and experience related to agronomy, agricultural technology or irrigation.
