Two-position three-way valve
The water to be treated enters the two-position three-way valve through the inlet pipe. The flow of water is controlled by the valve and enters the various filter units. The filtered water flows from the internal channels of the filter unit into the outlet. As filtration progresses, the impurities adsorbed by the filter increase. When the pressure difference reaches the set value or the set time, the system enters the backwash mode. The controller first sends a signal to the three-way valve corresponding to the first filter unit, which changes the direction of water flow, closing the inlet and opening the drain.

Product Details
The water to be treated enters the two-position three-way valve through the inlet pipe. The valve controls the flow of water into the individual filter units. The filtered water flows from the internal channels of the filter units into the outlet. As filtration progresses, the impurities adsorbed by the filter increase. When the pressure difference reaches the set value or the set time, the system enters the backwash mode. The controller first sends a signal to the three-way valve corresponding to the first filter unit. This valve will change the direction of the water flow, closing the inlet and opening the drain. The backwash water, under pressure, enters the filter for washing through the outlet pipe, and the wastewater is discharged through the drain. After the washing is completed, the unit returns to the filtration mode, and the system backwashes the next unit until all units are washed and the system returns to the filtration mode. Depending on the pressure in the outlet pipe, if the pressure is insufficient to support backwashing, a solenoid valve will be installed in the outlet pipe to control the water flow to meet the washing requirements.
Filtering principle:The filter works based on the principles of gravity and centrifugal force, removing solids heavier than water. Water enters the centrifuge tangentially through the inlet pipe, and the rotation creates centrifugal force, pushing mud, sand, and other higher-density solid particles towards the pipe wall, forming a swirling flow that causes sand and stones to enter the sand collection tank, while the clear water flows into the outlet, completing the water-sand separation. Regular sand removal is necessary; the sand removal time should be determined according to the water quality.
Precautions for use:
1. At the moment the centrifugal filter is used during pump start-up and shutdown, the water flow is unstable, affecting the filtration effect; therefore, it is often used with a mesh or pleated filter for better results.
2. During installation, a straight pipe with the same diameter as the inlet should be installed in front of the inlet of the filter. The length is 10-15 times the diameter of the inlet to ensure a stable water flow. Primary filtration of the flow, separating the sand in the water.
Plastic centrifugal filter, 2012 latest 3-inch centrifugal filter. Maximum flow capacity 50 cubic meters/hour, 2-inch filter maximum flow capacity 35 cubic meters/hour.
Scope of application:
Mainly used for well water or U-shaped channel water, used to separate impurities such as fine sand and stones contained in the water. It is generally installed at the outlet of the well to protect drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation systems.
Widely used in particle separation of tap water and reclaimed water equipment to effectively protect pipes, pumps, water pipes, valves, and water tanks from being worn by solid particles, reducing maintenance costs.
Working principle:
Utilizing the centrifugal principle in hydrodynamics, water flows into the separator in a tangential direction. Impurities with greater mass are pushed toward the conical side wall by centrifugal force, sliding into the sand collection chamber and then periodically discharged. Clean water is discharged upwards along the center of the cone, with an effective separation efficiency of over 97%.
Filter characteristics:
(1) Strong filtration reliability, automatic backwashing centrifugal disc filtration is more effective, more reliable, more water-saving, energy-saving, and reduces maintenance costs. Its unique design lies in the highly precise manufacturing of the grooved plates and the spiral disc located at the bottom of the plate group.
(2) Low maintenance costs: The automatic backwashing centrifugal filtration system using high-density polyethylene composite pipe (HDPE) ensures the maximum reduction of maintenance costs of the filtration system.
(3) Multiple combination types: It has various combination methods according to different filtration levels, pipe diameters, and interface methods.
(4) Corrosion resistance, strong durability: The composite pipe made of high-density polyethylene material (HDPE) has corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance against various chemicals. It is suitable for filtration of various water sources in industry, agriculture, urban construction, and landscaping and can operate normally under various harsh environments.
(5) Easy and quick installation: High-density polyethylene composite pipes are light and easy to load and unload, and installation and maintenance are simple, and quick-connect methods such as card slots and flanges are applicable.
