Working Principle of the Filtration Stage
The water flow enters into the filter through the inlet; the filtration laminations are tightly pressed together under the role of spring and hydraulic pressure; impurity particles are trapped at intersections of laminations; and filtered water flows out from the main channel of the filter; and at this time, the one-way diaphragm valve is in an open state.
You can choose different precisions of filter discs according to water requirements. There is 20 microns, 55 microns, 100 microns, 130 microns, 200 microns, 400 microns and other specifications for option, and the filtration ratio is greater than 85%.
Thorough and Efficient Backwashing
As filter pores will be fully open at backwashing, which coupled with the centrifugal spray effect, can achieve the cleaning effect that other filters cannot make. The backwashing process of each filter unit takes only 10 to 20 seconds.
Automatic Operation, Continuous Water Yielding
Time and pressure drop control the start of backwashing. Within the filter system, all filter units and workstations carry out backwashing in sequence. Work and backwashing state can automatically switch to ensure continuous water and small system pressure loss. The filtration and backwashing effect will not become poorer due to the using time.
Users can choose the number of filter units in parallel based on demands; it is flexible and interchangeable. You can flexibly make use of the corner space on the site and install it according to local conditions. It occupies a small footprint.
