Vegetable integrated water and fertilizer drip irrigation technology
Water-fertilizer integrated drip irrigation technology is a new agricultural technology that integrates irrigation and fertilization. Water-fertilizer integrated drip irrigation uses a pressure system (or natural topographic drop) to deliver soluble solid or liquid fertilizers, according to soil nutrient content and crop fertilizer requirements and characteristics, into a controlled pipeline system where the fertilizer and irrigation water are mixed, and then through pipes and emitters to form drip irrigation, which is uniform, timely, and quantitative, moistening the root system development and growth area of the crop, ensuring that the root soil remains loose and at a suitable water content, while also adjusting to the fertilizer requirements of different vegetables, soil environment and nutrient content, and water requirements of vegetables during different growth periods.
