Common abnormal conditions of Discount Hydrocyclone products and their treatment methods:
1. Feeding pressure fluctuation: The feeding pressure should be stable and the pressure required by the production should not have large fluctuations. Fluctuations in the feed pressure detrimental to the performance of the equipment and affect the grading effect of discount hydrocyclone products. The pressure fluctuation is usually caused by the drop of the liquid level in the pump tank and the air drag causing insufficient feeding of the pump or the blockage of the debris entering the pump. The pressure drop after running for a long time is caused by pump wear.
Adjustment: ①If the pressure fluctuation caused by the drop of the liquid level in the pump tank can be adjusted by increasing the liquid level or closing one or two discount hydrocyclone products or reducing the pump speed. ②If the pressure fluctuates due to pump blockage or wear, the pump needs to be overhauled.
2. Blockage: Check whether the overflow and underflow discharge of all running discount hydrocyclone products are unobstructed. If the flow of discount hydrocyclone products overflow and underflow is reduced or the underflow is interrupted, it indicates that the Discount Hydrocyclone products is clogged.
Adjustment: ①If the overflow and underflow flow are both reduced, the feed port of the hydrocyclone may be blocked. At this time, the feed valve that blocks the discount hydrocyclone products should be closed and removed to remove the blockage; ②If If the underflow flow decreases or stops, the underflow port is blocked. At this time, the flange can be removed to remove the sundries at the underflow port.
