1. Installation: Simply connect to the pipeline following the water flow direction indicated by the arrow on the device body.

  2. During design and installation, the drain outlet should be placed at the bottom as much as possible to facilitate smooth discharge of debris.

  3. The drain pipe should be connected to the drainage ditch nearby, and drainage should be kept smooth.

  4. To facilitate observation of system conditions and daily operation, pressure gauges and manual valves should be installed at the inlet and outlet.

  5. When draining, according to the drainage situation, flush the filter screen for 10-20 seconds by opening and closing the valve.

  6. How to use the microcomputer controller:

  (1) Setting the outlet pressure value method: After the system is running, observe the inlet water pressure value, and then adjust the value of the outlet electrical contact pressure gauge to be 0.06-0.08MPa less than the inlet water pressure value. For example: If the inlet pressure is 0.4MPa, the value of the outlet electrical contact pressure gauge can be adjusted to between 0.32-0.34MPa.

  (2) Then connect the microcomputer power supply and turn on the power switch on the control panel.

  (3) If the outlet pressure is lower than the set pressure value at this time, the equipment remains in the working state, the work indicator light is on, the automatic actuator opens the valve plate, and the drain solenoid valve (or electric valve) is closed.

  (4) If the outlet pressure is lower than the set pressure value, the equipment enters the backwashing state, the backwashing indicator light is on, the automatic actuator closes the valve plate, and the drain solenoid valve (or electric valve) is opened. After a 2-4 minute delay in the backwashing process, it returns to the working state. If the outlet pressure is higher than the set pressure value at this time, the equipment maintains a normal water output state; if the outlet pressure is still lower than the set pressure value, the equipment works for 2-4 minutes, backwashes for 2-4 minutes, and so on repeatedly until the outlet pressure value is higher than the set pressure value.

  (5) The backwashing execution gate plate shaft and the device body are double rubber ring sealed (or PTFE packing). If leakage occurs during use, a small wrench can be used to tighten the three screws on the top of the pressure cover appropriately and evenly a few turns, until no leakage occurs. If the pressure cover is pressed to the bottom and the leakage phenomenon cannot be solved, it is necessary to replace a new sealing ring or packing (the sealing ring specification and model are based on the random standby model).
