The automatic backwash filter consists of a cylinder, a stainless steel filter screen, a drainage section, a transmission device, and an electrical control section. During operation, the water to be filtered enters through the inlet, flows through the filter screen, and exits into the user's required pipeline for process circulation. Particulate impurities in the water are retained inside the filter screen. With continuous circulation, more and more particles are intercepted, the filtration speed slows down, and the incoming wastewater continues to enter, causing the filter pores to become smaller and smaller. A pressure difference is thus created between the inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller. The controller starts the drive motor, which drives the shaft to rotate via the transmission components, while simultaneously opening the drain port to discharge the filtered particles. When the filter screen is cleaned, the pressure difference drops to the minimum value, and the system returns to its initial filtration state for normal operation.
